YOGA

We offer classes for all different levels of experience. Every teacher is unique and different in their own way, allowing students to experience a variety of practices throughout the week. â€‹

STRONG 45
Intermediate   I   45 mins

STRONG Nation™ combines high intensity interval training with the science of Synced Music Motivation.

​

This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

CENTER STRENGTH 30
All levels   I   30 - 45 mins

This is a strength class based around you and your core. The goal is to strengthen your core while learning how to engage and become more aware of how to activate your center.

​

This class will use bodyweight, light hand weights, bands, and the occasional sliders.

​

STABILITY BALL

Our Stability Ball class is a conditioning class that focuses on the practice of engaging and strengthening your core, while exercising with little to no impact.

TRX TRAINING
All levels   I   30 - 45 mins

TRX which stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, is revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

​

This class will have a heavy focus on using the TRX system along with the occasional weights - giving you a total body workout.

CIRCL

Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility™ focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.

 

Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a busy mom, or a 9-5er, CIRCL Mobility™ helps you release stress, restore your range of motion, and renew your ability to move better, longer.

LINE DANCING
All levels   I   45 mins

This class will be held every Wednesday night. Our Line Dancing Instructor JoAnn will teach participants country and modern line dances.

MAT PILATES
Multiple levels   I   45 mins

Each class is designed to lengthen and strengthen the body. 

​

You can expect each class to have a variety of music playing while you practice - some classes will include multiple props depending on level.​

ZUMBA

A form of aerobic exercise inspired by various styles of Latin American dances combined with Today's Hit Music. 

​

Each Instructor brings their own passion flare to each class - providing a little bit of some something for everyone.

INSPIRED WEIGHT CIRCUIT

This is a circuit styled, strength based, full body class that uses dumbbells and body weight.

 

The goal of this class is to build overall strength while learning proper form, muscle engagement, and mind to muscle connection.

POUND FITNESS

Pound is a full body workout that combines drumming like motions to upbeat music! This class includes ripstixs with a cardio and strength based movement to create an overall ROCK AND ROLL experience!

REBOUND
All levels   I   30 mins

Rebounding is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed while jumping on a mini-trampoline. It kicks the lymphatic system into high gear.​

​

This class is great for those looking to add light cardio into their routine. All you need for class is yourself and the occasional light hand weights.

BARRE
Intermediate - Advanced   I   45 mins

Transform your body from heat to toe with our Barre class. Barre is a low-impact body sculpting class that combines Pilates, Yoga, and traditional ballet technique.

If your looking for a class that targets those hard to reach muscles then our Barre class is perfect for you. Class will be conducted through controlled movements, light weights, and resistance bands for a full body sculpt.
